GMS Music are a major player in the supply of background music to pubs, clubs, supermarkets and shopping malls in the UK. They wished to update their brand with a fresh new logo. We presented a choice of seven logos and their board selected this “fast-forward” theme.The next step was a generic design for printing directly onto their CDs, but with variations.

GMS had six music categories and we suggested a different cartoon face (see Cheeky Chappie in photo) for easy reference in distinguishing Pop, Rock, Jazz & Soul, Easy Listening and Special Discs.
