Promotional Goods – you know them, they are the pens, keyrings, mugs, USB-sticks and iPhone covers that businesses brand with their logo then give away to prospective customers. They are often used as mailers or given away as freebies from exhibition stands. Why? Because they can put your contact details right in front of the prospect at the point of making their buying decision.

The BPMA’s (British Promotional Merchandise Association) 2013 research showed:

  • 39% of recipients are more likely to use a business that has given them a promotional gift
  • 94% of recipients do not forget the advertiser or product advertised even after having the gift six months
  • Two-thirds keep promotional products for over six months and 44% keep them for over one year
  • Half would like to receive promotional gifts more often
  • Over half have three or more promotional products on their desk or in their office

Promotional goods, business gifts, advertising gifts or promotional merchandise?

Whatever you call them, they are an easy type of advertising to order. You don’t need to write a lot of copy, just get your logo artwork and contact details to me, we’ll have a think about the most appropriate promotional goods, I’ll send you a quotation and we can go straight ahead to proof and print. In a few days, you could have an advertising gift to hand out from your exhibition stand – and for your sales staff to use as a leave-behind at every meeting.
